- 1/4 cup water (for agar)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease an 8-inch springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- In a bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add cocoa powder, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla; mix until combined.
- Dissolve agar-agar in water over low heat until fully dissolved. Gradually stir into cheesecake batter.
- Pour batter over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool in the oven with the door ajar for an hour, then refrigerate overnight before serving.
