  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic

  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • Chopped Green Onion and Sesame Seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken thighs into 1-inch cubes and discard excess fat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch and water; whisk until smooth. Add brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil; mix well.
